As a result of a change in fiscal year, PreMD’s quarterly reports for its December 2001 fiscal year, when originally issued, were for the company's fiscal year 2002. Following the change, the fiscal year “2001” refers to the year ended January 31, 2001; the fiscal year “December 2001” refers to the 11-month period ended December 31, 2001; the fiscal year “2002” refers to the year ending December 31, 2002.
